Part I Chapter II Sec; VII Subsection 7. (1) It is advisable that the Ordinance should contain a provision exempting Masters, Mates, and Engineers holding Imperial Certificates from the provisions of this Subsection.
Part I Chapter III Section XIII Subsection 3. (2) It would usefully increase the scope of Inquiries at Hong Kong, and be in accordance with recent Imperial legislation, to omit from this Subsection the words "material and materially."
(3) Chapter IV Section. Before the Board of Trade can recognize certificates issued by the Hong Kong Government as equivalent to Imperial Certificates, it will be requisite for that Government to satisfy this Board in
